Ovid's Roman Calendar

Publius Ovidius Naso wrote a number of texts in Latin poetry, some of which may pertain to a Roman Reconstructionist interpretation of NeoPaganism.

The Fasti, by Ovid, is a poem that described Pagan holidays and how they were celebrated. The poetry is either incomplete, or hasn't been completely recovered, so it includes only the months of January through June. A good reference, and beautifully written, either as a purchased text or as an open online resource.
